Your Hospital Bill
The bill you receive from the Medical Center is a statement of all hospital services you received while in our facility. Your physician's fees will be billed separately by the physician's billing office.
Insurances Accepted & FAQs
We have contracts with many insurance companies, and accept most state and federal funding including Medicare and Medi-Cal. If you have questions about specific health insurance programs or coverage issues relating to your hospital stay, please contact a patient service representative. Call 909-771-2402 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you have questions regarding insurance billing or patient balances, contact a representative in the hospital billing department at 909-558-4000. Please have your account number or medical record number available.
To help meet the needs of its patients Loma Linda University Health is committed to providing access to financial programs when patients are uninsured or underinsured and may need help in paying their hospital bill. For detailed information on financial assistance policies, how to apply or to receive answers to your questions, please contact your care provider directly. Ask for the billing department to get more information about your unique care needs.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) Charity Care/Discount Payment Policy only applies to services provided by a LLUH hospital. Any services provided by other entities participating in your care are not covered by this Policy. This includes physicians, ambulance companies or other providers that bill separately for their services.
