QUALIFYING CRITERIA
- Applicant is a graduate of a BSN or MSN program.
- Applicant is BSN-prepared RN with a total of less than 12 months of nursing experience in any area by the start of the program.
- Applicant has a valid BLS for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association. NO EXCEPTIONS. A valid American Heart Association BLS card must be presented at the time of hire.
- The listed required certifications will be discussed upon hiring prior to the start of the program**
- Recommend completing all required certifications prior to the start of the RN Residency program

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
Two letters of recommendation (preferably on letterhead) need to be attached to your application.
- Preferred: Two letters from clinical instructors
- If only one letter from a clinical instructor can be obtained, you may attach a second letter of recommendation from an employer
